Organic Black Beans, Organic Tofu (Filtered Water, Organic Soybeans, Nigari [Magnesium Chloride, a Natural Firming Agent]), Organic Roasted Potatoes, Organic Onions, Organic Green Bell Peppers, Organic Corn Tortilla (Organic White Corn Cooked in Water with a Trace of Lime), Monterey Jack Cheese, Organic Tomatoes, Filtered Water, Organic Extra Virgin Oil, Organic Corn, Grade AA Butter, Organic Tomato Puree, Sea Salt, Organic Garlic, Spices, Organic Cornstarch, Organic Green Chiles, Organic High Oleic Safflower and/or Sunflower Oil, Nutritional Yeast, Organic Japapeno Peppers


Keep frozen. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove tray from carton. Remove overwrap and cover with foil. Place tray on a cookie sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes or until heated throughout. Microwave Oven: Remove tray from carton. Put a 1 inch slit in overwrap. Cook for 5 minutes or until heated throughout. Rotate tray 1/4 turn halfway throughout cooking cycle. Toaster Oven: Remove all packaging. Transfer product to a toaster oven safe dish. Cook using the conventional oven instructions shown above. Ovens vary so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.
