Organic Wheat and Whole Wheat Flour, Organic Lowfat Milk, Monterey Jack Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Culture, Salt, Enzymes [without Animal Enzymes or Rennet]), Cheddar Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Culture, Salt, Annatto, Enzymes [without Animal Enzymes or Rennet]), Filtered Water, Organic Tomato Puree, Organic Pinto Beans, Organic Grade AA Butter (Organic Cream, Salt, Annatto), Organic Onions, Olives, Baking Powder (Calcium Phosphate, Baking Soda, Cornstarch), Nonfat Dry Milk, Jalapeno Peppers, Sea Salt, Organic High Oleic Safflower and/or Sunflower Oil, Organic Garlic, Spices.


Keep frozen. Microwave or regular oven. Directions: Amy's snacks can be microwaved, but they're at their crispy best when baked in the oven or toaster oven and served warm. Overheating can cause filling to spill out. Regular & toaster ovens: preferred methods. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange frozen snacks on ungreased cookie sheet so that no snacks are touching. Cook at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes or until heated throughout. Serve immediately. Microwave oven: Arrange frozen snacks on microwave-safe dish evenly so that no snacks are touching. Place in center of microwave. Cook on high for 1 minute, rotate 1/4 turn and cook an additional 15-45 seconds or until heated throughout. Ovens vary so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.
