Easy Pancake: 4-inch Pancakes: 7-8; Mix: 1 cup; Water 3/4 cup. 4-inch Pancakes: 14-15; Mix: 2 cups; Water 1-1/2 cups. 4-inch Pancakes: 21-23; Mix: 3 cups; Water 2-1/4 cups. 4-inch Pancakes: 28-31; Mix: 4 cups; Water 3 cups. Important: Water level may be varied depending on desired thickness of pancakes. 1. Blend mix and cold water together with a wire whip. Batter will be slightly lumpy. (Do not overmix). 2. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto lightly greased and preheated 375 degrees F griddle (medium heat). 3. Cook pancakes 1 to 1-1/4 minutes per side, or until golden brown, turning only once. Store in a cool dry place.
