Classic Prep: 8 cups water; 8 tbsp margarine; 1/2 cup 2% milk. Cooking Instructions: 1. Boil water in medium saucepan. Stir in macaroni. Cook 7 to 8 min; or until tender, stirring occasionally. 2.
