How to Use RapidRise (Instant) Yeast in Traditional Recipes: Mix RapidRise Yeast with dry ingredients; Add liquids that have been heated to 120 to 130 degrees F; Add remaining ingredients; Knead. Cover; let rest 10 minutes (replaces first rise in 2-rise recipes); Shape dough as directed in recipe. Cover and let rise until doubted in size; Bake as directed. Baking Tips: 1. Spoon flour into dry ingredient measuring cup; level off. 2. Always gauge liquid temperature with thermometer.
