Simply Add: 1 tbsp oil; 1 lb chicken, cubed; 2 cups green beans; 2 cups carrots, sliced; 2-1/4 cups water. Begin by heating oil in skillet over medium high heat and cooking chicken for 3-4 minutes to brown. Add green beans and carrots to the skillet and continue cooking for 4-6 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. Remove everything from skillet and set aside. Combine grains, seasoning, and water in skillet and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 20 minutes, or until most water is absorbed. Remove from heat. Mix in chicken and vegetables. Cover and set aside for 5 minutes. Stir well and enjoy!
