Simmer sauce for spicy butter chicken: A spicy, creamy tomato, onion and butter sauce with the natural smoky flavor of paprika - spicy and flavorful. Easy spicy butter chicken - 3-4 servings. 1. Heat a little vegetable oil in a deep sided frying pan. 2. Add 1 lb. diced chicken breast* and saute until meat is browned (about 5 minutes). 3.
