Vegetables (partially Cooked Riced Cauliflower, Broccoli, Carrots, Sugar Snap Peas), Sauce (water, Soy Sauce [water, Soybeans, Wheat, Salt], Sugar, Modified Food Starch, Distilled Vinegar, Sesame Oil, Garlic Powder, Ginger Powder, Spice), Cooked Chicken (white Meat Chicken, Water, Olive Oil, Contains 2% Or Less Of Isolated Soy Protein Product [isolated Soy Protein, Modified Potato Starch, Corn Starch, Carrageenan, Soy Lecithin], Dextrose, Potassium Chloride, Salt, Sodium Phosphates, Flavoring), Scrambled Egg Product (whole Eggs, Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Citric Acid, Xanthan Gum).
Directions
For food safety & quality follow these instructions carefully: Keep frozen – do not thaw. Cook thoroughly to a temperature of 165° F as measured by a food thermometer taken in several spots. Promptly refrigerate any leftovers. Reheat before serving. Skillet instructions (preferred method). 1. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to a 10-inch non-stick skillet. Open sauce pouch and empty into skillet. Add frozen contents of bag. 2. Cook uncovered over Medium-High heat for 13 to 15 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. 3. Stir and serve. Microwave instructions. 1. Open sauce pouch and empty into a 2-quart microwave-safe dish. Add frozen contents of bag. 2. Cover and cook for 13 minutes stirring halfway through. 3. Let stand covered 1 to 2 minutes.* 4. Stir and serve. (Product was tested using an 1100 watt microwave. Microwave ovens vary power; adjust cooking time accordingly.)
