Heating directions: Keep frozen until ready to eat. If heating before eating always follow heating instructions. Microwave Unwrap Bantams™ and place in microwave safe dish before heating. Microwave Bantam pancake on HIGH for 20 seconds for each additional pancake heated at the same time. If additional time is needed, microwave 5 seconds at a time until warmed. Directions were developed in a 1100 watt oven. Ovens vary: Heat times may need to be adjusted. Thaw & Eat: School or work friendly! Thaw for 1-2 hours at room temperature. Eat within 4 hours of thawing. Do not refreeze thawed product.
