Minced Pollock, Bread Crumbs (Unbleached Wheat Flour, Sugar, Salt, and Yeast), Water, Cottonseed Oil and/or Soybean Oil, Wheat Flour. Contains 2% or Less of: Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour [Enriched with Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid], Salt, Soybean Oil), Modified Food Starch, Salt, Sugar, Leavening (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Dextrose, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Natural Flavors, Paprika.

Cooking Instructions:Cooking Directions for Conventional Oven:1 Preheat oven to 425degF. Remove fish from plastic pouch before cooking.2 Place frozen fish sticks in a single layer evenly distributed on a shallow metal baking pan. Place pan on middle oven rack.3 Bake uncovered 14 to 16 minutes, or until crunchy and browned. Turn fish sticks over halfway through baking. Let stand 3 minutes. Cook thoroughly. Keep frozen.
