Chili Con Carne Yield: 8 servings1. Crumble and brown 2 lbs. ground beef in large skillet. Drain fat if desired.2. Stir in 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce and 1 cup (8 oz.) water or 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes.3. Add 1 can (15 oz.) red, kidney, or pinto beans.4. Blend in Chili seasoning. Salt if desired.5.
