Directions

Keep frozen. Cooking instructions (from frozen): Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Arrange frozen burgers in a single layer on lightly greased, shallow baking pan. Place in center of oven. Cook until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, approximately 30 to 35 minutes. Stovetop: Lightly coat large non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Place 4 frozen burgers in a single layer in skillet. Cover and cook over medium heat until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, approximately 15 to 18 minutes, turning occasionally. Broiler or grill: Lightly brush both sides of frozen burgers with oil. Place on broiler pan or hot grill 5 inches from heat source. Cook until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, approximately 15 to 20 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking time. Cook all meats thoroughly. Cook to a safe internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F. Always use a meat thermometer to determine the temperature. Do not rely solely on suggested cooking times.
