Cooking Directions for Conventional Oven:1. Preheat oven to 425oF. Remove fish from plastic pouch before cooking.2. Place frozen fish sticks in a single layer evenly distributed on a shallow metal baking pan. Place pan on middle oven rack.3. Bake uncovered 16 to 18 minutes, or until crunchy and browned. Turn fish sticks over halfway through baking. Let stand 5 minutes.Microwave preparation is not recommended. Keep fish sticks frozen until ready to use. Do not thaw. Do not refreeze. Do not use in toaster oven. Keep frozen. Promptly refrigerate any unused cooked fish sticks. For food safety and quality, cook to a temperature of 165degF.
