Cooking Instructions:Cooking directions for conventional oven:1 Preheat oven to 425degF. Remove fish from plastic pouch before cooking.2 Place frozen fish sticks in a single layer evenly distributed on a shallow metal baking pan. Place pan on middle oven rack.3 Bake uncovered 16 to 18 minutes, or until crunchy and browned. Turn fish sticks over halfway through baking. Let stand 5 minutes. Cook thoroughly. Keep frozen.
