Pollock (Fish, Sodium Tripolyphosphate to Retain Fish Moisture), Water, Wheat Flour, Cottonseed Oil and/or Soybean Oil, Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour [Enriched with Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid], Salt, Soybean Oil), Yellow Corn Flour. Cooking Instructions:Cooking Directions for Conventional Oven:1 Preheat oven to 425degF. Remove fish from plastic pouch before cooking.2 Place frozen fish in a single layer evenly distributed on a shallow metal baking pan. Place pan on middle oven rack.3 Bake uncovered 22 to 24 minutes, or until crispy and browned, Turn fish over halfway through baking. Let stand 5 minutes. Cook thoroughly. Keep frozen.
