Must be cooked. Keep frozen. Cooking instructions*: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Thawing is not recommended – cook from frozen. Conventional oven: Preheat to 450 degrees F. Place frozen fillet(s) on lightly greased baking sheet, cook for 9 minutes. Turn the frozen fillet(s) over and bake for an additional 5 to 9 minutes until crisp. Deep fry: Heat oil to 350 degrees F. Fry frozen fillet(s) for 5 1/2 to 6 minutes until product is golden brown. Microwave cooking is not recommended. *Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 145 degrees F. We strive to produce a fully ''boneless'' product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.
