1. In a saucepan, whisk 2 tablespoons Tony Chachere's Creole Brown Gravy Mix and 1 cup cool water. 2. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to a simmer. Cook about 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally or until desired consistency. While cooking, sprinkle and stir to thicken gravies, stews and sauces. Store in a cool dry place.
