Keep frozen. Tofurky Veggie Roast & Wild Rice Stuffing: Roast Prep Instructions: With a knife or scissors, carefully remove plastic casing and clips from the Roast. Place on a pan in foil, or in a lidded casserole dish. Surrounded with roast vegetables, if you wish. Pour half the baste of your choice, over the roast. Wrap or Cover tightly. Cook in preheated oven at 350°F for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Uncover and pour remaining baste over roast. Return to oven and cook uncovered for 10 more minutes. Cook thoroughly to a temperature of 165°F. If you forgot to thaw the Roast, follow same instructions but cook for 2 hours and 20 minutes plus 15 minutes uncovered. Two Great Options for Baste: Whisk these ingredients together to baste before roasting. 3 T. Olive Oil (or other vegetable oil), 1 T. Soy Sauce, 1 1/2 t. fresh or ground sage (optional). Tofurky also gets along great with things like veggie broth, minced garlic, a dash of red wine or herbs like thyme or marjoram.
