Roast: Water, Vital Wheat Gluten, Organic Tofu (Water, Organic Soybeans, Magnesium Chloride, Calcium Chloride), Shoyu Soy Sauce (Water, Non-GMO Soybeans, Wheat, Salt, Culture), Expeller Pressed Non-GMO Canola Oil, Natural Vegan Flavors, Non-GMO Corn Starch, Garbanzo Bean Flour, White Bean Flour, Lemon Juice From Concentrate, Onion, Carrot, Celery, Vegan Sugar, Calcium Lactate From Beets, Sea Salt. Stuffing: Organic Brown Rice, Whole Wheat Bread Cubes (Enriched Wheat Flour, Water, Organic Sugar, Sea Salt, Yeast), Onion, Celery, Water, Organic Wild Rice, Expeller Pressed Non-GMO Canola Oil, Natural Vegan Flavors, Garlic, Salt, Vegan Sugar, Spices and Tumeric (added for Color).
Keep frozen. Preparation: Remove roast from plastic casing prior to cooking! 1 Thawed Tofurky roast. 2 Potatoes or yams, quartered and peeled. 3 T. Olive Oil (or other vegetable oil). 1 T. soy sauce. 2 Large carrots split down the middle and cut into 2" pieces. 1 Onion quartered and peeled aluminum foil. 1 1/2 t. fresh or ground sage (optional). Carefully remove plastic casing and clips from the Tofurky Roast using a knife or scissors. Place roast on sheet of aluminum foil or in casserole dish with tight fitting lid. Surround the roast with vegetables. Pour 1/2 of the baste over the roast. Wrap or cover tightly. Cook in preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Open foil or casserole lid and pour remaining baste over roast. Return to oven and cook uncovered for another 10 minutes. If you forgot to thaw the Roast follow the cooking instructions but increase the time in the oven to 2 hours and 20 minutes plus the 15 minutes uncovered.
