Red Fork Recipe: Lemon Herb Asparagus. 1 Pouch Red ForkĀ® Skillet Sauce. 1 or 2 bunches asparagus, ends trimmed. 1. Heat the Sauce in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the asparagus and 2 tablespoons of water, mix well to coat with sauce. 2. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 8 to 10 min. Variation: Use sauce as directed with thinly sliced zucchini, yellow summer squash or blanched green beans. Pouch not intended for microwave use.
