Ingredients

Salt, Garlic, Xanthan Gum, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Black Pepper, Rosemary, Filtered Water, Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, White Wine Vinegar, Roasted Onion, Balsamic Vinegar (Wine Vinegar, Grape Must, May Contain Sulfites)

Directions

Serves 4-6. Garlic Roasted Potatoes: 1-1/2 to 2 lbs. small red potatoes, cut into wedges; 1 pouch Red Fork Seasoning Sauce. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix potatoes and Sauce together in an oiled 13- by 9-inch backing dish. 2. Cover dish with foil and roast for 20 min. Stir well. Continue to roast, uncovered, until golden and tender, 15 to 20 min. Microwave Method: Toss potatoes and sauce in microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap, microwave on high 12-15 min, stirring 2 or 3 times. Let stand, covered, for a few min. Serve.
