Keep frozen. Cooking: Simply remove all packaging & cook from frozen. For best results cook in the oven. Oven - 12 Mins: Pre-heat oven & cookie sheet to 400 degrees F. Brush both sides of the Quorn Sausage Patties with a little oil. Place 2 patties on the cookie sheet. Cook on the middle oven shelf for 12 minutes. Microwave - 2 Mins: Place 2 Quorn Sausage Patties on a microwaveable plate, cover with cling film and pierce in several places. Cook on high/full power for 2 minutes. Stand for 1 minute. Caution: Plate will be hot and steam may escape when removing microwavable film. Storage: Keep frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed. After cooking Quorn Sausage Patties will keep for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator. Stove Cook - 7 Mins: Pre-heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and cook over a medium heat for 7 minutes, turning frequently. Note: All cooking appliances vary. Heating times are approximate. Always cook until piping hot before eating. Be careful not to overcook. Pre cooked Pork Sausage patties contain 32 g total per 100 g. Quorn Sausage Patties contain 5 g total fat per 100 g.
