Mycoprotein (50%), Rehydrated Egg White, Textured Wheat Protein [Wheat Flour, Sodium Alginate (Stabilizer)], Canola Oil, Seasoning [Yeast Extract, Salt, Potassium Chloride, Sugar, White & Black Pepper, Marjoram, Onion, Sage, Nutmeg, Roasted Barley Malt Extract, Coriander, Garlic, Caraway, Spice & Herb Extracts (Nutmeg, Marjoram, Pepper, Ginger), Pimento, Cardamom, Ginger, Bay, Mace]. Keep frozen. Cooking Instructions: Simply remove all packaging & cook from frozen: For best results, cook in the oven. Oven - 14 Mins: Pre-heat oven & cookie sheet to 400 degrees F. Brush the Quorn Sausage Links with oil, place on the cookie sheet. Cook on the middle oven shelf for 14 minutes. Microwave - 2 Mins (Per 4 Sausage Links): Line a microwaveable plate with a double layer of paper towels. Arrange frozen Quorn Sausage Links in a single layer on paper towels. Heat on high (800 W) for 2 minutes. Stove Cook - 7 Mins: Pre-heat 1 tbsp. of oil in a pan and cook over a medium heat for 7 minutes turning frequently. Note: All cooking appliances vary. Heating time are approximate. Always cook until piping hot before eating. Be careful not to overcook. Storage Instructions: Keep frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed. After cooking, Quorn Sausage Links will be keep for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
