Ingredients

Mycoprotein (41 %), Wheat Flour, Canola Oil, Rehydrated Egg White, Wheat Starch. Contains 2% or less of Natural Flavor from Non-Meat Sources (Contains Yeast, Salt, Onion), Potato Dextrin, Salt. Wheat Gluten, Dextrose, Whole Egg & Egg White, Pes Fiber, Milk Proteins, Firming Agents: Calcium Chloride, Calcium Acetate; Turbinado Sugar, Spice, Yeast.

Directions

Cooking instructions: Simply remove packaging & cook from frozen as follows. For best results, cook in the oven. Oven - 15 mins: Pre-heat oven to 425°F. Place frozen nuggets in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes, turning nuggets over halfway through heating time. Microwave - 2 mins: Line microwaveable plate with a double layer of paper towels. Arrange frozen nuggets in a single layer on paper towels. For 6-8 nuggets: Heat high 2 minutes, turning nuggets over halfway through heating time. Careful: Nuggets will be hot. For full box of nuggets, heat on high 3 - 3 1/2 minutes and follow above instructions. Storage Instructions: Keep frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed. After cooking, Quorn nuggets will keep for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator. Note: Ovens vary. Heating times are approximate. Always cook until piping hot before eating. Be careful not to overcook.
