Keep frozen. Cooking instructions: simply remove packaging & cook from frozen as follows. For best results, cook in the oven. Oven - 18 mins. Pre-heat oven and cookie sheet to 425 degrees F. Place frozen Cutlets on sheet in a single layer. Bake for 18 minutes. Caution: cutlet and cheese will be hot. Microwave - 2 1/2 mins. Place Cutlet on a microwaveable plate. For 800 watt microwave - Heat on high for 2 1/2 minutes; let stand for 1 minute. Caution: cutlet and cheese will be hot. Note: ovens vary. Heating times are approximate. Always cook before eating. Storage instructions: keep frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed. After cooking Quorn Gruyere Chik'n Cutlets will keep for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
