Keep frozen. Cooking: Simply remove all packaging & cook from frozen. Grill - 10 Mins: Pre-heat grill to medium. Lightly brush both sides of burger with oil. Place under grill and cook for 10 minutes, turning frequently until lightly browned. Oven Cook - 16 Mins: Pre-heat oven and cookie sheet to 400 degrees F. Lightly brush both sides of burger with oil and place on cookie sheet. Bake on center rack of oven for 16 minutes. Stove Cook - 8 Mins: In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp. oil over a medium heat. Cook burger for 8 minutes, turning frequently until browned. Microwave - 2 Mins: Place burger on a microwaveable plate. Cover with microwaveable film, pierce several times. Cook on high for 2 minutes, stand for 1 minute before enjoying. Caution: Burger will be hot. Note: Ovens vary. Heating times are approximate. Always cook until piping hot before serving. Be careful not to overcook. Storage: Keep frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed. After cooking Quorn Gourmet Burgers will keep for up to 3 days in refrigerator.
