1 serving use 1/2 cup oats 1 cup water or milk and dash of salt (optional)**.2 servings use 1 cup oats 13/4 cups water or milk and 1/8 tsp. of salt (optional)**.**For low sodium diets, omit salt.Microwave (1 serving)1. Combine water or milk, salt and oats in medium microwave-safe bowl.2.
