Stove Top1. Boil water or milk and salt.2. Stir in oats.3. Cook about 5 minutes over medium heat; stir occasionally.For 1 serving, combine 1/2 cup of oats, 1 cup of water or milk, and a dash of salt (optional)**. For 2 servings, combine 1 cup of oats, 13/4 cups of water or milk, and 1/8 tsp. of salt (optional)**.**For low sodium diets, omit salt. Microwave (1 Serving)1. Combine water or milk, salt and oats in medium microwave-safe bowl.2.
