Grilled Feta with warm pepita salsa. Servings: 8. 2 8 oz. PresidentÂ® plain feta cheese, cut into thick slices - olive oil spray, or other nonstick cooking spray - 3/4 cup toasted pumpkin seeds, pepitas - 1 1/2 cups jarred, tomatillo salsa - tortilla chips for serving. Instructions: Process the pumpkin seeds with the salsa. Heat salsa mixture over medium heat until warm. Keep warm while grilling feta. Heat grill pan, or grill. Spray feta slices with oil spray, and quickly sear the cheese on both sides directly on grill. Serve immediately with the warm salsa and chips. Keep refrigerated.
