Enriched Bleached Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Partially Hydrogenated Soybean and/or Cottonseed Oil, Corn Syrup Solids, Salt, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sugar, Sodium Caseinate (a Milk Derivative), Mono and Diglycerides, Buttermilk.
Biscuits: 1 pkg. Pioneer Buttermilk Biscuit & Baking Mix, 1/2 cup milk, 2 Tbl butter, melted. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix ingredients well. Turn onto floured surface; shape into ball. Knead 3 to 4 times. Roll or pat to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut with 2-inch cutter without twisting. Place together on lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake 11 to 13 minutes. Brush with melted butter. Yield: 8 to 10 biscuits. Pancakes and waffles: 1 pkg. Pioneer Buttermilk biscuit & baking mix, 1 cup milk, 1 egg, 1 to 2 Tbl butter, melted (optional). Heat lightly oiled griddle or waffle iron to 375 degrees. Mix ingredients until smooth. Add melted butter, if desired. Cook pancakes 1 to 2 minutes per side (turn only once); cook waffles 2 to 3 minutes. Yield: 10 to 12 5-inch pancakes; 8 to 10 4-inch waffles.
