Directions: Add 1 1/4 cups of boiling water to 1 cup of Osem Israeli (pearl) couscous. Cover pot and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt to taste. Serving suggestion: Saute one small chopped onion in olive oil until golden brown. Add 1 cup of Osem Israeli (pearl) couscous and stir well. Add salt, pepper, chopped parsley, and other spices according to taste. Add 1 1/4 cups of boiling water or broth. Cover pot and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
