Ingredients

Potatoes, Vegetable Oil (Sunflower, Cottonseed, Soybean, and/or Canola), Salt, Dextrose, Disodium Dihydrogen Pyrophosphate (to Retain Natural Color), Annatto (Vegetable Color).

Directions

Easy Prep Baking: Appliance temperatures may vary. Please consider the performance of your appliance when following these directions. 1/2 Bag Directions: (Serves about 5) Preheat oven to 425F. Arrange frozen frozen fries in a single layer on an 11 in x 17 in baking sheet. Heat for 13-21 minutes. Cook to a light golden color. Season to taste. 3/4 Bag Directions: Preheat oven to 425F. arrange frozen fries in a single layer on an 11 in x 17 in baking sheet. Heat for 20-28 minutes. Cook to a light golden color. Season to taste. Deep Fry: Caution: Ice crystals on frozen foods can cause splattering when added to hot oil. Add product carefully. Tips for Frying with Oil: Always preheat oil uncovered. If oil splatters, cover immediately and reduce heat. When splattering stops, remove cover and return to cooking temperature. Be careful not to splatter or spill oil onto hot burner of range. 1. Preheat cooking oil in electrical deep fryer to 375F. Fill deep fryer not more than half full of oil. 2. Fill fryer basket not more than half full of frozen fries, carefully lower basket into hot oil. 3. Fry 2-5 minutes. Cook to a light golden color. 4. Drain on paper towels. Season to taste. Pan Fry: 1. Heat 1/2 cup cooking oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Carefully add frozen fries to form a single layer. 3. Fry 6-10 minutes, turning frequently. Cook to a light golden color. 4. Drain on paper towels. Season to taste. Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Do not overcook.
