Directions for Chicken (Prep Time 25 Min.)You Will Need:1 lb. uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts1 cup water1 large onion, thinly sliced1. Cut 3 deep slashes across each chicken breast. Mix Chicken Seasoning and water in large skillet; add chicken and onion. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover; boil gently 14 to 17 minutes, turning chicken over occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked (165degF).2. Remove chicken from skillet (continue to cook sauce in uncovered skillet). Shred chicken; return to skillet. Cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until excess liquid has evaporated.3. Spoon chicken mixture on warmed tortillas. Top with Chipotle Taco Sauce and desired toppings. Refrigerate leftovers.You Can Use Frozen Chicken Breasts! (Prep Time 30 Min.)Make as directed above—except omit cutting deep slashes across chicken breasts. Increase simmer time to 20 to 23 minutes. Be sure to remove all packaging from chicken before cooking!
