Directions for Steak (Prep Time 30 Min.)You Will Need:1 ripe avocado, pitted, peeled, mashed1 tablespoon water1 tablespoon lime juice2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 lb. whole beef sirloin steak1. Stir Guacamole Seasoning and avocado until well blended. Press plastic wrap on surface of guacamole; refrigerate.2. Mix Beef Seasoning, water, lime juice and oil. Dip whole steak (unsliced) into mixture until well coated. (For best flavor, marinate steak in refrigerator at least 30 minutes.)3. Grill or broil steak to desired doneness (at least 145degF), turning once. Slice steak across the grain into thin strips.4. Spoon steak on warmed tortillas. Top with guacamole, desired toppings and a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Refrigerate leftovers.Try It with Ground Beef!
