3-Minute Stove Top Greens! 1 bag Cooking with Spinach + Baby Kale; 1 T olive oil or your favorite oil; salt and pepper. Heat oil in large skillet over high heat. When hot, add whole bag and cover with lid. Stir after 1 minute and replace lid. Cook 2 minutes more for perfect greens. Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 2-3. Keep refrigerated.
