Cooking directions for conventional oven:1. Preheat oven to 425oF. Remove fish from plastic pouch before cooking.2. Place frozen fish in a single layer evenly distributed on a shallow metal baking pan. Place pan on middle oven rack.3. Bake uncovered 22 to 24 minutes or until curnchy and browned. Turn fish over halfway through baking. Let stand 5 minutes.Microwave preparation is not recommended. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not thaw. Do not refreeze. Do not use in toaster oven. Promptly refrigerate any unused cooked fish. Keep frozen. For food safety and quality, cook to a temperature of 165degF.
