Cooking Instructions: On the Grill: 1. Preheat grill. 2. Use a food thermometer to be sure that burgers reach a minimum internal temperature of 165F. In the Skillet: 1. Thaw individual burger by placing in microwave and heating on 50% power for 1 minute. 2. Place thawed burger in a non-stick skillet and cook over medium heat for 6-7 minutes, turning burger frequently. In the Microwave*: 1. Place frozen burger on a microwave-safe plate. 2.
