Cooking Instructions: In the Skillet (Recommended Method): 1. Preheat non-stick skillet over medium heat. 2. Place frozen burger in non-stick skillet. 3. Heat burger over medium heat for 9-10 minutes, turning over halfway through cook time. In the Microwave*: 1. Place one frozen burger on a microwave safe plate and cover with paper towel. 2. Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes. 3. Microwaving more than one burger at a time is not recommended. On the Grill: 1. Preheat grill. 2. Use a food thermometer to be sure burgers reach a minimum internal temperature of 165F. *Cooking instructions developed using 1100 watt microwave. Microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate. Keep frozen until ready to use. Cook thoroughly. For food safety and quality, heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165F. Never leave cooking appliance unattended while in use.
