Cooking Instructions: In the Microwave*: 1. Place frozen burger on a microwave-safe plate. 2. Microwave on high for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes, turning burger over halfway through the cooking time. 3. Microwaving more than 1 burger at one time is not recommended. In the Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Place frozen burgers on a baking sheet and bake for 13-15 minutes, turning once. In the Skillet: 1. Place frozen burgers in non-stick skillet. 2. Heat burgers, covered, over medium heat for 7 to 7-1/2 minutes, turning burgers over halfway through the cook time. *Cooking instructions developed using 1100-watt microwave. Microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate. Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Keep frozen until ready to use. For food safety and quality, heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165F.
