Microwave Directions: 1. Pull or cut film to remove from cups in microwave and heat on High for 90 seconds. 2. Important: Remove cups carefully from microwave taking hold of the cups from the side using an oven mitt or potholder. Do not place hand over top of cups when removing. Caution: Cup and steam will be very hot. 3. Pour beans into rice cup, leaving room to stir. Or pour beans over rice in separate bowl and stir if desired. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
