Ingredients

Organic Vegetable Blend (organic Broccoli, Organic Carrots, Organic Cauliflower, Organic Kale, Organic Mushrooms, Organic Spinach, Organic Squash, Organic Zucchini), Organic Tomatoes, (organic Tomatoes, Sea Salt), Organic Kamut Pasta (organic Kamut Khorasan Wheat), Water, Onions, Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Spices, Garlic.

Directions

Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to use. Due to variations in all ovens, cooking times and/or temperature may require adjustment.Microwave Oven: (1100W)• Remove entree from carton.• Place on microwave-safe plate (leave film on).• Heat on High for 4–5 minutes.• Remove from microwave on plate for added support.• Carefully remove film.• Let stand for 1 minute before serving.Do not cook in toaster ovens. Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to use. Due to variations in all ovens, cooking times and/or temperature may require adjustment.Conventional Oven:• Preheat oven to 400degF.• Remove entree from carton. Leave film on tray (oven-safe).• Place tray on cookie sheet (for added support) on center rack (at least 6"–8" from heating elements).• Bake at 400degF for 25–30 minutes or until hot.• Carefully remove film.• Let stand for 1 minute before serving.Do not cook in toaster ovens. Cook thoroughly. Keep frozen. Product must e cooked thoroughly to 160degF.
