Tomatoes (Tomatoes, Salt), Water, Pasta (Durum Semolina), White Meat Chicken Breast, Mozzarella Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Cracker Crumbs (Wheat Flour, Garlic Powder, Parmesan and Romano Cheese [Part Skim Cow's Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes], Salt, Spices, Parsley), Onions, Soy Bean Oil, Soy Oil, Egg, Parmesan Cheese (Pasteurized Part Skim Cow's Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Enriched Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron [Reduced], Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Olive Oil, Corn Starch, Spices, Salt, Garlic, Sugar, Fresh Parsley.


Conventional Oven:• Preheat oven to 400degF.• Remove entree from carton, place tray on cookie sheet (for added support) on center rack (at least 6"-8" from heating elements).• Leave film on during cooking.• Bake 35-40 minutes.• Remove from oven on cookie sheet (for added support). • Carefully remove film and let stand 5 minutes before serving.Do not cook in toaster ovens. Microwave Oven: Microwave cooking instructions based on 1100W appliance. For 1250W microwaves reduce cooking time.• Remove entree from carton, place on a microwaveable plate and place in microwave.• Cook on HIGH with film on for 4-6 minutes.• Carefully remove film, let stand for 5 mins. before serving. Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to use. Due to variations in ALL ovens, cooking times and/or temperature may require adjustment.Cook thoroughly.For safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165degF as measured by use of a thermometer.
