All You Need:5–6 lbs. desired Foods*Water or MilkVegetable Oil or Shortening1. Pour: Breading Mix into a shallow pan or dish.2. Moisten: Food with water or milk.3. Roll: Each piece of food into breading until evenly coated. Fry as directed below.To Oven Fry: Cover bottom of shallow pan with melted margarine. Arrange coated food in single layer. Turn food in margarine to coat both sides. Bake in 400degF. oven according to chart below, turning food once.To Panfry: Heat 1/4" to 1/2" oil or shortening to 350degF. Add coated food and fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown on one side.
