Microwave ovenCook only one at a time.1 Slit film to vent.2 Microwave on High 4 minutes.3 Pull back film and stir. Replace film.4 Microwave an additional 11/2 to 21/2 .5 Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Carefully, it's hot! Let stand 2 minutes; enjoy! Conventional OvenDo not prepare in toaster oven.Preheat oven to 350degF. Slit film to vent. Cook on baking sheet in center of oven 45 to 50 minutes. Check that food is it's hot! Let stand 2 minutes; enjoy!Temperature above 350degF and/or failure to use a baking sheet may cause damage to the tray, food and/or oven. Must be cooked thoroughly. Keep frozen.
