Quick and Easy Cooking Instructions: Thaw quail in unopened pack to retain seasoning. Follow instructions for your choice of cooking method. Grill: Cook on hot grill for approximately 15 minutes. Bake: Place in shallow pan, skin side up. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 25 minutes. Seasoning Sensations: For Family - baste with barbeque sauce. For Guests - baste with pomegranate sauce.
