Stove Top: 1. Shake well to evenly distribute ingredients. 2. Boil water, stir in Super Oats. 3. Reduce heat & cook for 3 minutes, or until thickened, stirring often. Microwave (1 serving): 1. Shake well to evenly distribute ingredients. 2. Combine Super Oats with water in a microwave-safe bowl. 3. Microwave for 3 minutes, or until thickened, stir & enjoy. Sweeten how you like!
