Oatmeal preparation: 1. Remove both lid & seal. 2. Add boiling water to the fill line, or 2/3 cup water, stir. 3. Replace lid, let stand for 3 minutes. 4. Stir & enjoy. Adjust water for desired thickness. Or, add water and microwave on high for 60 seconds. Muffin preparation: (optional): 1. Add 1 egg and 1 tablespoon water or milk into cup. 2. Using a fork, mix well. 3. Do not cover. Microwave on high for 75-90 seconds (add 10-20 seconds until firm to the touch). 4. Let stand for 1-2 minutes & enjoy. Caution: cup and contents may be hot.
