To Brown: Add 1 tbsp of cooking oil to non-stock pan. Turn heat to Medium (Appliances vary. Adjustment may be necessary to cook thoroughly). Place boiled potstickers flat side down and cook until golden brown. Microwave (Not recommended): Place 5 frozen potstickers in a microwave-safe dish and cover with hot water. Microwave on High (Appliances vary. Adjustment may be necessary to cook thoroughly) for 5-6 minutes. Drain. Careful, water will be hot! Continue browning.
