Cooking Directions: Yield: 3-1/2 cups cooked rice. In medium saucepan, bring to boil 2 cups water, 2 tbsp butter or margarine and 1 tsp salt. Add 1 cup rice, reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork and season to taste with butter or margarine. To retain vitamins, do not rinse before or drain after cooking.
