Ingredients

Unbleached Enriched Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Sour Culture, Roasted Garlic, Salt, Cultured Wheat Flour, Yeast, Olive Oil, Garlic, Alpha Amylase, Maltodextrin.

Directions

Baking Instructions: Preheat conventional oven to 385 degrees F. Remove bread from packaging. Place bread directly in center of oven rack. Bake 10-12 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Allow bread to cool before enjoying. All ovens vary; adjust baking times as necessary. Store any unbaked bread in a sealed plastic bag and freeze for later use. Increase baking time if bread is frozen.
