Conventional Oven (recommended): 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 2. Remove nuggets from packaging, and spread evenly on baking sheet. 3. Place baking sheet on the middle rack of oven and bake for 12-14 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached. 4. Let stand 1 minute before serving. If cooking more than 5 nuggets at a time, additional cooking time may be required. Microwave Oven (1100 watts): 1. Remove 5 nuggets (1 serving) from packaging and spread evenly on a microwave safe plate lined with a paper towel. 2. Microwave nuggets on high for 45 seconds, flip nuggets over and then cook an additional 30-45 seconds or until internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached - if cooking more than 5 nuggets at a time, additional cooking time may be required. Microwave ovens below 1100 watts may require additional cook time. 3. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Caution product will be hot after cooking.
