Quick and easy cooking methods: oven method: heat oven to 350f. spray 9x9 or 11x7-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place turkey breast tenderloins in pan. Sprinkle with seasonings, if desired. Add 1/3 cup liquid. Cover with foil. Cook 30 minutes. Remove foil. Cook 20 to 30 minutes more, basting occasionally if desired. Slice. Cook times may vary. Stovetop method: spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray or add 1 to 2 teaspoons oil. Heat over medium-high heat about 30 seconds. Sprinkle turkey breast tenderloins with seasonings if desired. Place in skillet. Brown on both sides. Add 1/3 cup liquid. Reduce heat to low. Cook, covered, 3o to 40 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Slice. Cook times may vary. To ensure food safety cook turkey tenderloins to 165f as measured with a meat thermometer.
